Q.How can Crown Co. Ltd. help you source for a car?
A.We have access to auction houses, dealerships and brokers across Japan. We will fully utilize our network and experience to find something that best fit your requirements.
Q.What are the fee involved in the purchase?
A.First, you will have to pay the car price. Second, Agency fee (this includes our commission, domestic transportation, documents handling, and other processes Finally is the freight fee which varies based on shipping method and destination.
Q.Is my deposit refundable?
A.Absolutely. Crown Co. Ltd. will refund your deposit upon request if you are unable to find a car that match your requirement. Keep in mind there might be a small deduction due to international bank transfer fee.
Q.Can I cancel a confirmed purchased?
A.All sales are considered final. In the event you would like to cancel, what we could do is to help you resell this unit in Japan or to another client. Any differences will be deducted from the security deposit.
Q.Is it possible to get more details before deciding to buy or bid for a unit?
A.We could apply for additional inspection and photos with the dealer / auction house. This service is chargable by the dealer / auction house which Crown will pass this charge on to the client. Average charge is approx from 1500 JPY - 3500 JPY depending on the request.
Q.Do Crown guarantee the condition of the vehicle?
A.Crown Co. Ltd. sells all units in 'as is' condition due to the nature of being used / pre-owned. We will translate and communicate to the client at the best of our knowledge on the condition of the unit.

A.We cater major japanese and european brands such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Daihatsu, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi and more.
